Windows 10: Lost Emails in Sympatico

I lost all my sympatico account emails. 3-4 days ago all my emails in my sympatico account disappeared. how do I get them all back? I am using windows 10 mail as the platform

Lost or missing emails

After a full restauration of Windows 10 (1803) and an update to version 1903 many of my apps and software have been erased. For the most part the private files seems to have been protected BUT I cannot find my emails from IMAP (Sympatico) account. Those
emails from 2002 to today where saved locally on my hardrive. I have look an try finding an .ost file or anything that could lok like a saved emails...but Nothing for now. Any suggestions would help.
