Windows 10: lost files delete by microsoft again

I am unsure if you are the proper section of outlook Microsoft support I should contact



However as I find impossible it to find any other direct method of contacting I have had to resort to this point....



My problem is that my Hotmail information and thus also my Microsoft information is to be changed within the next thirty/3 0 Days and



I DO NOT WANT THIS TO OCCUR AT ALL



I have tried to cancel the process but I never receive any codes inorder to do so and your system does not and will not accept the telephone information which I supply.



I have also been informed by this particular section for cancelling any all changes of a persons information and Hotmail details that they have sent the information to my telephone



(...WHICH IS WORKING PROPERLY...)



but I have never received any information from them .



I have also supplied my mobile telephone number as an alternative but have likewise receive no information.



The system periodically states in large red letters that the system is temporary out of order and to try again ...which I have



(...and still continually do...)



without any success whatsoever



I keep getting the same information which I want CANCELLED i.e.



("...YOUR SECURITY INFORMATION CHANGE IS STILL PENDING..." )



HOW CAN MY INFORMATION BEEN RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL FORMAT ?



within thirty/30 DAYS all of my emails and contacts will be lost and I do not want this to occur ay all.

I have already complied with all of the requirement's requested by Microsoft to resolve this very serious problem...the Microsoft number which I received regarding the online discussion is as follows:-147407480.

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
perform the task:

• Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
  
• Choose the files to delete
  
• Click on "Clean up system files"
  
• Click on Ok

Delete and Cut Files with Preview Pane Open

• Have you tried to delete the pdf file in preview panel?
• What exactly happens when try to delete the pdf file?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Open File Explorer.
  
• 
  Select View and click on preview panel.
  
• 
  Select the pdf file.
  
• 
  At the right corner you will be able to see preview panel.
  
• 
  You can right click on it and delete the files.
