Windows 10: Lost Game Code for Windows 10

When I first bought my Xbox One console, it came with a code for Minecraft on both the Xbox One and Windows 10. I have already redeemed the code for the Xbox One version of Minecraft, but I saved the Windows 10 code until I got a laptop. Now I finally have a laptop, but I have lost my code for Minecraft on Windows 10. If there is a way to prove that I had this code and own it so I can install Minecraft on my laptop, that would be great.

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Mortimer Becket and the Lost King gaming running to fast on Windows 10

I understand the inconvenience you are facing in accessing the Mortimer Becket and the Lost King game.

As a workaround, I suggest you to install the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated gaming software from the
  Windows Store.
• Right click the gaming software
  installation file and select Properties then tap or click the
  Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the game and check.

As this seems to the performance issue with in the game I suggest you to contact the game developer for better assistance and check if it helps.

I'm from Romania, Europe, don't know if my language will be available but i don't want it in my language, i want it in english.

I've done both Online and Windows 10 steps from the link, but still the same error:

Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.
