    Visit network card manufacturer website to download latest driver if installing latest driver wont work reset network settings.

    On Windows 10, you can also use the "Network reset" feature to fix Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity problems after installing an update or at any time that you can't connect to the network.

    To reset the network adapters on your device, use these steps:


    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click on Network & Internet.
    3. Click on Status.
    4. Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.
    5. Click the Reset now button.

    Follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    Method 1: Update Network adaptor.

    I suggest you to update your network adaptor drivers and check.

    • Press Windows key + R key.
    • Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
    • In device manager go to Network adaptor.
    • Right click and click on Update drive software.
    You may also download the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website and install them on your computer.

    If the issue still persist, follow method 2.

    Method 2:

    Configuring DNS server address:

    • Press Windows key + X key, and click on Control Panel.
    • Click Network and Internet and click on Network and Sharing Center
    • Click Change Adapter Settings on left pane.
    • Click the Wi-Fi connection you want to configure.
    • Click Change the settings of this connection on the top of the window.
    • Scroll down to Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and
      Double click on it.
    • Click Use the following DNS server address, fill the DNS server information for your ISP.
    • Click OK and close all windows.

    If the issue still persist, follow method 3.

    Method 3:

    Try resetting TCP/IP and check if it works.

    • Press Windows key + X key, and click on Command Prompt (admin).
    • Type the following command in Command Prompt and press ENTER:
    netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

    If you do not want to specify a directory path for the log file, use the following command:

    netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

    • Reboot the computer.

    • Are you using wired or wireless connection?
    I suggest you to run network troubleshooter and check if it helps. It is an automated tool which can find and automatically fix some common networking problems. Follow these steps and run the troubleshooter.


    • In the search box, type Troubleshooter and then click
      Troubleshooting.

    • Under Network and Internet.

    • Click on Network adaptor and Click on Next button.
