    Lost login code Win 10 H/P


    My grandson lost the log in code for his new computer. His father was going nuts. LOL. I tried a program called pcunlocker. Did not have any luck with that. The computer does not have a disk drive. Tried putting the program off a USB stick but didn't have any luck with that. I manipulated the bios but never got anywhere. I would appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

    Recover pointer and touch-screen capability on H-P Split

    Need to recover the pointer and the touch-screen capability on my H-P Split.

    When it starts up, there is no pointer, and the screen doesn't respond to touch.

    Suggestions?

    Can't upgrade from Win 8 to Win 10

    Jessen P -- Thanks for responding. I looked at the link you provided, but it just provides a small list of error codes and possible causes for the error. Didn't see any steps to take to resolve the issue. And none of the listed error codes are the
    same as the one I got 0x80070006-0x90016 when I tried to upgrade to win 10.
