    Lost photos while transferring from Samsung Galaxy phone to Windows 11


    I was transferring some photos from my phone onto my Windows 11 laptop. I connected my phone to the laptop and selected the photos I wanted to copy. When I went to paste there was not enough disk space so I cancelled/exited the process and deleted some files from my laptop to make more room.When I went to repeat the process the files were gone from my phone and I cannot find them anywhere on my laptop. Surely they would have to be somewhere???

    Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. Take screenshot on your Samsung Galaxy A20e Android 9.0 Samsung Galaxy A20e - Take screenshot | Vodafone UK Note these are the same steps I used to take a screenshot on my Samsung phone. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.
