    It's there. The letter isn't there though. I ran the same commands in Diskpart again and even though it says it was successful in assigning the letter R, it still does not appear.

    As I said earlier, it won't show up in Disk Management but should show up under "This Computer". Do you see it under "This Computer" ? If not, then use Minitool to set it. Right click on it->Change Letter then click "Apply" on the top left to commit the change.

    NOTE: Assign to "R" just so you can identify it as Recovery, You can assign any available Letter and try it again

    Sorry for the mix up, I meant that I couldn't see the drive letter in the minitool. I was able to set the drive letter in minitool and it shows up perfectly fine now but running the reagentc commands still return the same error.

    I really appreciate your help with this.

    OK. Try the command again as follows:
    REAGENTC.EXE /setreimage /path R:\Recovery\WindowsRE

    @Randomrocket8
    From the screen shot of your disk management. You have 3 partitions: 100MB, C: Partition and 450MB Recovery partition. If I am not mistaken, you did upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. During the upgrade, certain thing might get corrupted or broken and not working correctly unless you perform a fresh install.

    On a fresh install with MBR partition scheme, you will have only 2 partitions: 500MB System Reserved and C: Drive. However, If you do a fresh install, you would have to re-install all the third party applications, re-configure Windows to the way you want etc....

    One way to correct the problem without losing anything from C: Drive and end up with the partition scheme as if you do a fresh install. Just follow this link:
    Solved Help With Partition Management - Windows 10 Forums

    NOTE: The link shows how to install Windows 10 using GPT Partition scheme but would be the same procedure for MBR Partition scheme.
