    Loud Buzzing Noise during Videos


    I have a Lenovo Yoga 720

    I recently purchased it a few months ago.

    I have windows 10.


    Lately I have discovered there is a very loud buzzing noise, sounds like an electrical current or laser that is ringing when I am in a video call.


    I cannot hear this noise during the video call, but when I am on video calls I am told the buzzing is so loud the other person cannot hear what I am saying.


    I have tried to record a video of myself speaking on my computer and replaying it and I am able to hear the noise once I replay it.


    I have tried to change my headsets and I have tried with and without a headset and the noise is still there regardless.


    What to do ?

    Loud buzzing noise


    I have a 2-yr-old Lenovo Yoga 2 11 and it started making a loud mechanical (not from speaker) noise. The video showing locked up and none of the keyboard buttons would work to shut it down. The power button would not shut it down. I had to let it discharge the battery for a couple hours while making this noise and tried the power button again. This time it turned it off and I was able to boot and operate normally. Have you heard of this problem and do you know the cause or a way to keep it from returning?

    LOUD buzzing noise and stuttering video in IE and EDGE

    Since installing Window 10, I'm unable to play videos in IE or EDGE. Both produce a loud buzzing noise and stuttering video. The troubleshooter finds no problem. Flash is enabled. Cache and history has been cleared. Chrome and Firefox play the videos without
    problem.

    I'm very surprised I can't find a fix. I'm seeing this problem and question asked all over the net.
