Windows 10: Low download speed Microsoft Store

HelloWhen I'm downloading a game in the Microsoft Store, the speed is around 20Mbps or 2.5MB/s. But when I'm downloading on Steam, it is 11MB/s.How come downloading through the Microsoft store is so slow?Thanks in advanceMaxime

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Why is Windows Store's download speed so slow?

Download speed is low

When I am downloading something from the Microsoft Store, Steam or Epic Store, the speed is too low. My Internet speed is 100 MB, so the downloading speed from the Microsoft Store should be about 10MB. But I get about 4 MB. Why is it happening?

Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
  Update & security.
• Click Update history.
• Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
• Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).
