Windows 10: Low FPS after random crash

So, yesterday at night something weird happened. I was watching some youtube, about to go to bed, when all of a sudden my entire PC just froze up out of nowhere. Nothing worked anymore. Complete freeze frame. Pressing the power button also didn't do anything so i held it down to force a shut down. I tried booting it back up and it started, but both of my screens stayed black. So i decided i'd go to bed and hope for the best after I wake up. After waking up i booted my PC to see if it worked, and it did. However it took an unusual long amount of time to boot up. Everything seemed to be okay tho

In the meantime i did actually find out why my FPS were so low all of a sudden. The crash must've changed something in the BIOS, as my RAM was limited to 800MHz all of a sudden. I changed it back and now everything works fine again.

I tried booting it back up and it started, but both of my screens stayed black. So i decided i'd go to bed and hope for the best after I wake up. After waking up i booted my PC to see if it worked, and it did. However it took an unusual long amount of time to boot up. Everything seemed to be okay though, until i started up some games (namely League of Legends, Trackmania and Cyberpunk) and realised that my FPS kept fluctuating between 30 to 60, which really shouldn't be considering I consistently had 150+ before the crash and my specs being decent.

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

RAM 16 GB

CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F 2.90GHz

I thought that maybe because of the crash some settings got scrambled up and decided to do a system restore, which didn't help.

I then updated my graphics driver, as it wasn't the latest one, but the most recent one (526.98) for some reason just would not install and always left me with no driver at all (after uninstalling the out of date one i had before). So i opted the the most recent one before that (526.86), which did install, but also didn't fix the low FPS issue.

I'm hoping you guys can help me. If you need any more information i'd be happy to provide it, i'm not a computer expert and don't really know what is needed.

 

Low FPS Problems

One Thing I had realize Is that On windows 7 there is no low fps and I have windows 10 and Intel core I.3 chip and the computer is brand new. Fro some reason I have Low Fps and don't worry I did a virus scan already.
