Windows 10: Low profile graphics card recommendations

Afternoon/Evening/Morning all...

I have a SFF Desktop (HP EliteDesk 800 G2). A rather powerful computer for its size. However, I need a graphics card for it, to thus play games. It has a built in card on the board. Alas, I'd like something a little more powerful.

Something with:
- 2 or more Display Ports
- Low profile (SFF) bracket
- At least 2GB or more of memory

Any ideas?

Low profile graphics card suggestion!

Hi people, my brother has a AMD 64x2 4600 @ 2.4ghz with 4gig of crucial ram, in a low profile case. The PC is a Dell with a BTX formfactor motherboard. First of before suggesting, he cannot afford a new PC, or a new Case (as the only BTX comparable seems to be a thermaltake one which is megabucks for him (skint uni student)

he currently has a HD4550 graphics card which surprisingly can play crysis (all be it at a lower res and at low-med settings) and other games quite well.

He isn't a hardcore gamer but plays a few games, CoH ToS or a few others etc but nothing extreme.

Now could anyone suggest a better/decent low profile graphics card, if possible with multi monitor support (this one supports 1xDVI 1xVGA and 1xHDMI, however only two active at once)

I know he cannot get anything high end due to the low profile, but what is a good low profile card either ATI/Nvidia is fine, although I prefer ATI I got for what offers best performance.

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.
