  10. Can I set maximum volume scale to be lower for more control?

    in Windows 10 Ask Insider
Can I set maximum volume scale to be lower for more control?: My volume is consistently around 5-15%, otherwise it's too loud. Is there a setting somewhere deep that can do the same for Windows?...
