Windows 10: lynks, syncs, gonna drive me to drinks

2 part bit.

1) New purchase of Lenovo laptop. Great computer. Comes linked with X-BOX and other gaming junk I do not require. How to uninstall "X-box live"?

2) Every time when signing into my Hotmail account it auto-links my laptop with the Microsoft account. I do not require any assistance for recovering the laptop if stolen, nor do I require any assistance with marketing suggestions. I keep a very small amount of information stored for "ease of access" (i.e. cookies, history). AdChoices requires cookie settings to be saved/stored and have already opted out of marketing via DMACHOICE.org. I have removed the device several times. Any way to opt out of this auto device sync?

Could you please clarify exactly where you can see Food & Drink app within Cortana and where you see the error message? It would be great if you could attach screenshots.

*The Food & Drink App shows as ‘Food & Drink’ in the App List not as

‘MSN Food & Drink’

Things to do once connected new G-Sync monitor

I'm getting my G-Sync monitor today.

I think I have to take the following steps:

• Connect 1440p G-sync monitor with DP cable
• Connect second 1080p 60Hz monitor by HDMI
• Startup PC
• Reinstall display driver
• Restart PC (I always do that after display driver install)
• Activate G-Sync in NV control panel (I believe also V-Sync is auto on after that?)
• Set my 1440p monitor from 1080p to 1440p
• Calibrate my 1440p monitor

Also ingame, I should turn off V-Sync?
Are there any problems running a second 60Hz 1080p monitor?

Is there anything else I should do/know?
