Windows 10: Machine freeze lost mouse?

Lately every 15 minutes or so I lose the mouse.


I push the power button to put the computer to sleep and then wake the computer with a key press and the mouse works fine for 15 minutes then I go through the sequence again, and again.


It probable takes a minute to go to sleep and awake but it is a pain.

Keyboard and Mouse freezing on windows 10 machine

Hi,

I have a dell machine from 2015 running Windows 10. I use the Logitech keyboard and mouse combo. Recently an issue started with the keyboard and mouse freezing randomly. Some days it will work just fine for hours and then at some point it freezes. A full
restart is the only thing that brings it back.

I've scanned the computer for issues, I've updated drivers for the keyboard and mouse, I've run other updates. Still happening. We're a business and this is now becoming a major hassle in lost staff time.

Any advice?

• Aside from changing USB ports, did you use a different mouse to see if the same issue will occur while playing games?
• Have you tried checking the manufacturer's website for updated mouse drivers for
