Windows 10: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION - Bluescreen Code: 9c?..

As per the instructions, BSOD report attached. Can't figure out why an essentially new PC without any complex configurations or OC would start failing this regularly, and with a very specific regularity.

Short system description:
Win 10 Home 64-Bit, v 10.0.18363 Build 18363
i5-9500K
Asus TUF Z390 Gaming Plus
RTX 2060

New, fresh install - previous owner made a complete wipe and reinstall. PC was assembled by one of those gaming PC shops that specialise in build-on-order configs. Previous owner said it ran fine for him - looked like a kid who mainly plays Fortnite, so I don't think he would have tinkered with it much (excuse the stereotype).

No overclocks, nothing. Updated everything I could think of updating, including BIOS.

It seems to be stable in games and in general. Intel XTU stress testing ran without errors for half an hour or so. 3D Mark demo test was fine.


Problem and other weird things:
- constantly crashes specifically and almost exclusively in Tabletop Simulator (sometimes the game crashes, sometimes it also causes a BSOD)
- the integrated Realtek soundcard and the main hard drive both show as "device non migrated" in the device manager. Everything seems to work fine, however.
- mdsched did not pass, but I could not find any references to the resulting code and the internet said the results are unreliable anyway.



> What are the steps that I have to do before I start opening it up and unplugging / cleaning / reinstalling every component? (as is sometimes advised on the internet...)
