Windows 10: Macrium Reflect cloning, black loading screen after windows logo

I bough a new SSD drive and wanted to clone my OS to it, and so i did, using Macrium Reflect. When i set my SSD's boot priority to 1, windows loading screen appeared and then black loading screen (picture). I tried cloning the drive again, unplugging my hdd, and plugging ssd in its slot, but nothing worked.
My specs: Windows 10 2004 version,
GTX 750 ti,
Intel Pentium G4400,
Asrock h110m-hds

Attempted cloning a WD 8TB usb hard drive to another WD 8TB usb hard drive using Macrium Reflect.

i don't know of a maximum size (nor can i find it mentioned), largest i have cloned is 4TB.

when i last had a clone fail, whilst checking connections of the destination drive i put it in a different port and it worked (i didn't investigate further), suggestion, check destination drive connections or try a different port

Black loading screen delay


When i boot up or reboot my Windows 10 pro after the windows logo is gone i get a black screen flicker once with my mouse loading along with for at least 10 to 15 seconds... not sure if it's a video card issue or what... i have a radeon HD 6570 but it really makes the boot up time very slow... any suggestions? Also have the most updated driver for my video card.*Think

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
