Macrium Reflect Rescue Media boot and display driver problem

When I boot rescue media, windows symbol appears after a minute. Is there any way to avoid that delay in booting?

When creating rescue media, it does not save my intel hd4000 driver in boot media. Previously I used to add the driver, macrium boot partition before media created. Then boot media loaded driver and resolution I used to get as desired. But now with same procedure, during boot, it shows driver is loaded, but resolution is not changing. Whether driver is actually loaded or not how to know.

Is there any way to make boot media add the display driver on its own?

    :)
