Windows 10: mail app does not print properly.

I try to print a mail, using the mail app.

Mostly it was not possible to print the whole mail and then it does even not appear in the print list of the printer. In some cases it was possible to print 1 or 2 pages of that mail.

Whet I print that mail to the PDF-printer, I can send the PDF document tot the printer without any problem.

Si it is only the mail app that has problems with the printer.
How can I solve this problem?

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Windows 10 Mail app won't print some messages

  • Get-AppxPackage *windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage, then press
    Enter.

Once done, we suggest that you download theWindows 10 Mail and Calendar app from the
Windows Store.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
