Windows 10: Mail Folders

Puzzled?
Minor point, but for me annoying
Win10 Mail has two dispatched traffic folders, namely Sent Messages and Sent Items
Why two folders, as it appears to be Hobson's Choice as to in which folder messages go
Equals yet more clutter, plus the need to trawl two separate folders when confirming/ensuring that it has been actually transmitted
As said a minor point, but??

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Mail folders

You may add folders in the Mail app by utilizing the Add folder (+) icon.

In order to do so, please follow these steps:

• Log in to the Mail app.
• Under Folders, click More.
• A pane will open then across All Folders click on the
  + icon.
• You can name the folder then press Enter.
