    Mail Merge in Microsoft Word


    The mail merge in my Microsoft Word Program suddenly quit being able to make labels or envelopes. If I click on either of those options, it just grinds away and never allows me to continue. It will do directories and letters.

    Word 2016 Crashes when Browsing for a File in Mail Merge

    I have a user in the organization that is experiencing crashes with Word 2016. She is trying to use the Mail Merge function and gets to Step 3 where she can browse for an existing list. However, when Browse is clicked, Word completely closes and no error
    message pops up. Any idea of how this could be or how to fix it?

    So far, I've used the Repair tool in Office 2016 through the Control Panel and rebooted.

    Mail Merge in Microsoft Word

    Mail Merge in Microsoft Word 2010

    Using the "Create and print labels using mail merge" instructions I've created an address list for mailing labels successfully.

    However, there should be 36 labels, or 2 pages, and I only get the first page of labels when I print.

    Any help would be appreciated.
