    Hello,


    We are using Office 365 accounts Outlook mails on severals Windows 10 with Microsoft Mails apps. On all of these we have randomly issue when we sent new mails. Sometimes they are sent sometimes they go to draft without any reason. when issue appears we can't sent mails during few minutes, all are going to draft. If we retry for example one hour later they are sent. We don't understand why.


    Could you please help us ?

    Hello Adam,

    This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it. Mails not sent and go to draft using Microsoft Mails & calendar apps :)

    In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

    • Open powershell as administrator
    • Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
    • Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

    Win10 Outlook Mail

    Did you change anything recently? And do you still correct settings for your account?

    Check in Settings / Apps / Mail and calendar, if permissions are right, and if this wont help, reset Mail app.

    I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
    Go figure!
