Windows 10: Main account on my PC "deleted" it's own files and now I can't even use anything interenet...

So like it says, the main account on my PC "deleted" it's own files and now I can't even use anything interenet related like browser, or anything besidses Spotify or Steam. I can still see theses folders when I make another admin. I tried to run my PC in safe mode to access my main account, but it says my password is invalid, which it most definietely is not. It doesn't let me use my pin instead. The reason it's invalid is because only that account is blocked from internet privilege's so it doesn't detect that my password is my Outlook password, which my windows account is conntected to. I'm using my other account on my PC that I set as a second admin after all this stuff started today. This works fine, however I don't have my files, with the exception of applications, ofcourse, and even things like discord are being shoddy. This is the saddest day of my life. Please suggest anything that could work. I am desperate.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
