Windows 10: Major Bug after update 1903 version

After update 1903 I find a major bug.When Gaming Dvr is on it always usage CPU and when turn off it does not using CPU.I update also two cummulative update but the problem not fixed.I also report this bug to microsoft but no reponse.Please check your pc and reply your pc is facing same problem.Here the links of screenshot- https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JIgunD8yh1Njc3NAGOXR_GWkF92e6Lto?usp=sharing

Version 1903 is the most trouble free feature Update Microsoft have released in years!

Usually here on Community we are inundated with bugs and troubleshooting - not the case with 1903!

Microsoft held back on 1903 after the catastrophe with 1809 and spent another 2 months testing 1903 to make sure there were no major bugs in that update

Version 1903 is very stable and it is safe to upgrade your system using the above link, there is no major bugs reported in that update, because Microsoft spent an extra 2 months testing that version for problems . . .

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
