Windows 10: Make Korean language as Windows Display Language

Hello Experts,


I am using Win 10 1903 x64 and where can get offline update for my korean language?


the following function is seemed not working, looks keep searching-searching and searching.






I want my UI interface in windows is appears on Korean language.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

And, sort of the same here --> Add a language or keyboard

Change your Windows display language
To change your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps), first add a language, download and install the language pack, and then follow these steps.

how can i change window ten display language from korean to English.

After upgrading to window 10 my laptop display language changed from English to Korean. Now I don't understand my laptop everything is display in Korean language. Pls help with picture or video showing step I will take.

I am unable to see Korean characters in Windows Explorer. I have Windows 10 with the Korean language pack installed.

Do I need to get the Korea version of Windows to properly display file names in Korea characters?
