    2. Also, I'm trying to make my firefox / chrome/browsers bookmark text larger. What might you try for that? I know the windows 10 settings does affect this but for some reason "Make text bigger" doesn't seem to be affecting the two kinds of text that I actually want to make bigger (desktop file icon text and bookmark bar text)

    Make Menu Text Bigger

    I remember the old days (~Windows 95) where you can configure the font & size of text for the various parts of any window. Nowadays, your only option appears to be Settings - Ease of Access - Display - Make Everything Bigger. But I'm happy with the size
    of my desktop icons.

    Worse, with high resolution displays, many apps wind up with app windows with text that is positively microscopic. I have to keep a magnifying glass by my display. The text is too small to be read by the naked eye (at least my aged eye). Making Everything
    Bigger is not a good solution, because I don't need the app windows bigger, I don't need my icons to be bigger. I just need to make the blasted text bigger.

    Any ideas?
