Windows 10: Make the default layout of Windows 10 Live Tile more useful.

Live Tile LayoutHello, I'm BurningPlanet, a normal Windows user. I like Windows service so much that I have never used an OS other than Windows. Personally, I'm satisfied with almost every feature of Windows. Unfortunately, the basic layout of Live Tile in the Start Menu after installing Windows seems to be increasingly unnecessary this year, unlike last year, so we need to reorganize the layout. So, after thinking about it, I made a useful LiveTile layout that makes it easier for many people to access various functions, and I think it would be good to change the basic layout of LiveTile as th

Start menu layout / Live Tiles under the Admin account?

I am always running my system as a Standard User Account and sometimes when I need to test system settings I logon to my Admin account.

However, on the Start menu layout, I left it as default, in other words, I have the Live Tiles showing up on the Start Menu Layout like Live News Feeds.

Will this pose a security issue under my Admin account even if I do not browse the internet with a browser? Because I still think of having those Live Tiles on the Start Menu Layout as being on the Internet because they contain live content except with no use of a browser.

Should I remove all of the Live Tile content from the Start Menu Layout under my Admin account?

 

Windows 10 Mail App Live Tile Won't Update!

We would like to know if you are receiving the new Emails in Mail app.

Let’s turn the live tile option to off and then again to on and check. Follow the steps provided below.

• Right click on the Mail app.
• Go to more options.
• Click on Turn live tile off/on.

After turning it off, I suggest you to turn it on again and check. Follow the above steps to turn it on.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to download and run the app troubleshooter on your computer from the following link and check.

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

• Does this issue persist with all the Live tiles icon?
• Are you able to view the different app’s tiles icon on Start menu?

I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if issue gets resolved:

• Press the Windows key to open the Start menu.
• Right click on the Tiles and click “turn live tile on”.
• Repeat step 2 on the desired tiles.
