    Making Space to C drive

Has explained, I may have two solutions

1- Make space by removing unnecessary file in C drive

2- Use MKLINK. ( don't know how yet) to jump files addressed to C\ to ctual crouted to my F drive.
Has I understand: MKlink /J C:\actual file location f:\New File location

Not working yet, but I just read that file have to not exist anymore at the actual location... hum

You are free to do as you wish, of course, but delving into Symbolic Links, Hard Links, Junction Points and all that is tricky at best. Particularly if you are new to it and don't have a very good grasp of the technical details.

Why don't you take an approach of finding out what is on "C", and decided if it's needed or not. Try the program I gave you a link for. At least it can tell you what you have, a starting point. Can't do anything without knowing where you are now.

TOTALLY AGREE Using links is my last option for sure.

On my drive there is a series of directory that has all the same size and created in 2012 Looking in it, look similar
See this picture These files where last modified in 2012

Also I have an "Installer" directory. Once software installed, could it be removed?

Martin, these screenshots you are posting using Imgur are difficult to deal with. Would you mind using the standard method, please? It would make things easier.

As far as the screenshot you posted, they are very small and are not important right now. It looks like you used the Tree Size Free I posted. If you did, please post a screenshot un-expanded like I did in my example:
