    Lets say I have a malware attack that makes my computer enter WinRE,does system restore always work,is system reserved drive a disk in where you can boot from,if i can boot from it,will all my computer data be erased,what if non of the antiviruses I have detect that malware?

    You don't need to pay for help removing the virus/malware. You can get
    free
    help by specially- trained, malware removal experts on any one of a number of malware support forums.

    So if José's suggestion doesn't clear things up, I suggest you post on either one of these forums. They also use special tools to check various locations on a system, along with requesting log files. They'll provide step by step guidance until your system's
    clean.

    Did our Epson printer get hacked?

    Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.
