  1. Malware Problems.

Hello everyone, I downloaded something I should not have a few days ago. Along that came many unnecessary programs I do not recall allowing to be installed for example malware protection programs bytefence, relevantKnowledge, qdu.exe, PCAcceleratePro, and browser.exe. Since this was my brand new gaming laptop I spent a good amount on and just purchased last week, I started to panic and then uninstalled all of them. Today I was trying to add brightness adjuster option to my taskbar and went in settings and found out they are still there somehow. I check all my hidden files, downloaded malwarebytes, identified 21 threats, and quarantined and deleted them. I thought this would take care of it but I checked it out the icons selection thing again and those programs were still there : I went in task bar and under processes I searched each file online and found they were all legitimate programs by windows and the malwares programs werent even running. Right now I just need help with where exactly the location of these files is or how to remove them. When I search these programs up in start they are not even there. So please help me out because I'm scared it is damaging my laptop because whenever I play games the computer heats up a little quicker but I am not sure whether or not it is because of those programs. I just want them deleted.
    Thankyou. Malware Problems. f3634586-2e5f-4600-8983-ff6b86bc45fa?upload=true.png

  2. Best way to remove problem Malware

    Hi There,

I am trying to remove a bundle of Malware without success.

There is a bundle of listed programs which I try to uninstall through the typical Control Panel effort, but they remain listed there:

    Buenosearch Toolbar
    MyPC Backup
    PC Performer
    Speed Test 127
    UnknownFile

I was looking at this weblink which provides a 5 step process for Buenosearch alone:
    Remove Bueno Search (Removal Guide)

Not sure how much certain guides can be trusted. One of the first things I read was to download Revo Uninstaller, and I've not heard of it so I'm not sure if it's trustworthy..........

    Malware Problems.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
