Windows 10: Managing the list of apps on multiple videocards

I have a PC with RTX3060tI and iGPU AMD Vega 7. I set my BIOS to work through Vega 7, and using 3060 for rendering and sometimes gaming, I'm settimg which videocard to use in Settings - System - Display - Graphics settings, but this menu is very inconvinient when it comes to adding new apps and games. I'm a junior C# programmer and I want to make an app for managing this list of apps adding, removing, setting which card to use, launching. Where is this list located registry, or some kind of ini file?

Currently, there is no option to organize multiple apps on one menu in Windows 10. We suggest changing some taskbar settings to help with your concern. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings.
  
• Click Personalization.
  
• Select Taskbar on the left pane.
  
• Choose the setting for Combine taskbar buttons option to
  When taskbar is full.
  

When taskbar is full option shows each window as an individual, labeled button. When the taskbar becomes crowded, apps with multiple open windows collapse into a single app button. Tap or click the button to see a list of the windows that

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.
