Great...that's next wednesday...think i will do it then and avoid the "rush" *Wink
Or the possible wait...since they will be rolling it out in"waves" one might not get it right away on the actual release date...
Also, since it is only a week early, i would imagine it should already be running well, especially since it has been already tested by the "insiders"...

I wonder if the MCT will be updated on the 5th as well. Or will it wait for the 11th?

Does that mean that Microsoft will release an official ISO of Windows with the Creators Update on April 11th or even earlier?

  7. The media Creation Tool will be updated to deliver the CU ISO. I have no idea when that will happen though. Likely no later than the 11th though. ISO's will show up on MSDN too for those of us with access.

Thanks for the reply. Hope it will be released on the 5th just like the Upgrade assistant. Really want to do a clean install instead of an upgrade.

I can't see it being before around mid-day Redmond time which puts it mid evening here. I'll wait until tomorrow AM local time (when half the world is asleep before trying). Servers are usually quiet then too.

For the those of you who are eager to get the Creators Update right away, you will be able to initiate the update manually, starting on April 5th, via Update Assistant.

Nothing there yet. Maybe later today *Wink
