Windows 10: Many answers about PC's stuck on reset at XX%. What about a Windows Tablet?

I have a vitalASC windows tablet. Yeah, I'm sorry too. I'm doing the first factory reset I've ever done. It's been stuck now, apparently stuck, at 84% for about an hour. Some say that if the storage capacity was low it might take a longer time. I guess shifting around things. In hind sight I should have deleted all the programs I could that hog storage. What ya think? Might that have helped?

I see much advice to wait, maybe long time, or force shutdown and create reboot disks on another PC to restore Windows. But how do you do that on a tablet with no disk drive?

How can you get this unstuck? Or what to do? At a loss here techies if you have any wisdom.

I've apple ipod touch 4g, google nexus 4, hp envy 17 3d, so using all 3 OS - iOS, android, windows 7.

I dont have any tablet yet..thinking to buy windows 8 tablet..

i like hp envy x2 much..tablet / notebook..

but microsoft surface and many other good tablets in market and i dont have idea..

suggest me best windows 8/?RT.other tablets / notebook pc..
