  2. Toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior for *ALL apps* on

My laptop screen is 15.6 inches in size, and its resolution is 1920x1080, thus windows is reccomending me to keep the screen scale at 125%, because if I keep it at 100% everything will be zoomed out: tiny and hard to read. However, if I keep it at 125% all
apps are going to be blurry unless I toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior on in the compatibility tab settings, though it does not work for system apps (system apps such as Device Manager will stay blurry on 125% scale) and I would have to do it for every
single app. The Let Windows Try to Fix Blurry Apps option does absolutely nothing as well.

So, I'm asking if there is a way to toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior (override by application) for all apps including system apps, so there will be no blur while keeping the screen scale at 125%.

  3. Override high DPI scaling behavior setting is reset after closing program

I've been trying to adjust compatibility settings for an older game (The Witcher Enhanced Edition), and I was able to get the game properly running after disabling "Override high DPI scaling behavior" in compatibility settings for the program. For some
reason, every time after exiting the program, Program Compatibility Assistant would prompt me that it had changed my settings, and the override high DPI setting would be re-enabled. To circumvent this I tried disabling PCA through services and group policy
editor, but the setting still kept reverting even though the prompt from PCA stopped appearing. I've discovered that I'm able to change every other compatibility setting without them reverting, but every time I attempt to disable high DPI scaling override
it always reverts after closing the program. How can I prevent this issue? It's extremely annoying to have to change the properties for this program every time I want to run it.

Mass set High DPI scaling override

"Override high DPI scaling behavior" settings found under "Compatibility" is reset once application is closed

    Hello,

To improve visibility of a exe file I have I go through these steps:

    "Properties"

    "Compatibility"

Clicked on "Change high DPI settings"

Clicked on "Override high DPI scaling behavior

    Selected "System (Enhanced)"

    Press "OK"

    Press "Apply"

After seeing the improvement on the scaling of the application,
once I close it and reopen it, the scaling is back to the default setting. This makes me change the setting every time prior to opening the application.

How can I make it so that it remains under these settings?

I tried to add a registry entry but couldn't find how exactly.

    Thank you
