Windows 10: mass storage devise driver not working cant find replacement

I have a dell m6600 laptop. it was working great until I cloned a drive using easyus backup software. after completing the cloning process , which did not work, my computer failed to boot. long story short, the m66 has two drive bays. c drive is messed up but thank god I can use d drive as c drive. bios and of course windows 10 does not see c drive. hard drives are fine.

device manager has a line item saying "


other devices

Broadcom ush swipe sensor

mass storage controller

4unknown devise


all of which say the are not working properly. the one I am most concerned with it the mass storage device. no info under details. not sure if I even need it but sata1 and sata two do not show up in bios.

N70 do not support as mass storage devise.But I looking for someone help make n70 as mass storage devise

Alternatively,

Follow these steps to uninstall the driver.

1) Open Device Manager.

2) Right-click on USB Mass Storage Device and select Uninstall.

3) If prompted for the continue, click the OK button. If you see Delete the driver software for this device, click the box next to it, then click the OK button.

4) Restart your PC. Then Windows will reinstall the driver
