Windows 10: Massive performance issues after update

Okay so,I am having massive performance issues and can barely even load game start screens, if at all. I have a fairly new PC withAMD Ryzen 5 7600 CPUandAMD Radeon RX 6600 GPUI have played countless hours of Baldurs Gate 3, and it has run fine. Three days ago, I turned on my PC for the first time in 2-3 months and started playing God of War 2018. It ran great all night. Every hour, though, I received a notification to update Windows or delay it an hour. After I was done playing, I updated and shut down. The next day, I couldn't even load in the game. As the issue still persists, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if this helps.

I would suggest you to perform System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer and check if it fixes the issue.

Please follow the steps to perform System maintenance check to improve performance of the computer:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
