Windows 10: Mattel Scrabble NOT loading on Facebook

I have reported through Facebook Report A Problem that Scrabble has not been loading for me over 6 days now I deleted the game and re installed and NOT loading still I have changed browsers and makes no difference I posted to Scrabble page on Facebook and OMG the comments I got from all over the world LOTS are having the same issue since took that down cause after 24 hours I am so disappointed NOT ONE response from anyone Facebook Report a Problem is used for feedback to improve things DOES NOT communicate in saying Yes there is a problem we are fixing OR No that game no longer exists this is my last resort but not hopeful I am shattered with NO warning what so ever as to why this has happened it appears that people using phones and tablets still can but I use a laptop and get no where I even tried to go through Facebook Gameroom that made no difference either I am at a loss over not using this game anymore

Scrabble Mattel connection

In the last two days I have not been able to use my scrabble mattel on facebook. There is a sign at the top showing no wireless connection and when you click on it there a message saying unable to connect to server and yet I can connect to the internet
and get my emails. I am using an android 10 inch notepad. I am told there has been a google play store update which could be the cause but erveytime I try to download the update it says it has been unsuccessful. Please could someone help me with this problem.

This issue might have occurred because of browser cache and temporary files. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Do you get any error message?
• Is the issue specific to Scrabble?
• Have you tried playing Scrabble through Facebook app?

I suggest you to try using Facebook app and play Scrabble check if you face issue while loading the game. Also try resetting Microsoft Edge.

Resetting Microsoft Edge will clear Cache cookies and browsing history etc. Refer the steps below to reset Edge.

        First of all launch Microsoft Edge Browser.

        After that click on “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see
        “Settings” option.

        Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear”

        Once you click on this option you will see list of feature like

• Cookies and saved website data
• Cached data and file
• Download history

Scrabble fail to load properly playing through facebook....

Thank you, I'm afraid the Windows Store doesn't have an app for the Mattel Scrabble game that we all play on Facebook. I've ensured that all updates are current including the latest version of Flash_player. I'vde been playing it through Microsoft Edge but
following your advice I tried Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but no joy I'm afraid. I still can't shake the feeling that it's something to do with my downloading of Office 365 because that's when it stopped loading. I don't know why that should be but
it seems such a coincidence. Thank you once again for giving me of your time.
