Windows 10: Max Soundcard Sampling Rate ?

Hello,

Not too sharp with this frankly, so would be most
appreciative of any help. That old age problem.

Trying to get a radio monitoring program going.

It wants the user to enter the pc's Max. Soundcard Rate.

Have a new HP Pavillion 590-P0025Z desktop.

Any idea what the value is for my pc ?

audiodp.exe and sample rate

I cannot change the sample rate in my recording interface because I get message that audiodp.exe is on and this will not allow sample rate change please advise

 

AAC sample rates for N95

Which AAC sample rates are supported by the N95 other than 44.1khz; is 48KHz supported for example?

If so is it possible to change the sample rate used within Nokia Music Manager?

music quality and sampling rate problems

I'm having problems with the sampling rate of the newly converted tracks transferred to my phone. Some months ago, when I convert the tracks to m4a, the sampling rate of the songs is 44100 Hz... Now, whenever I convert the tracks to m4a format, the sampling
rate is 22050 Hz (I'm wondering why it's cut in half). I can sense that there's something wrong because when I listened to the tracks with 22050 Hz sampling rate, the sound quality isn't so good (the playback isn't so clear).

The sampling rate is still 22050 Hz even if I switch from the bit rate from 48 kbps to 64 kbps.

What should I do? My Nokia PC Suite version is 7.1.18.0.
