    May 15th Windows 10 Update

I downloaded this update and my PC was running fine. Tried to restart my PC and just received a blank screen. Powered down and back up it's working again. Tried getting into bios to see if anything had changed and had the same issue.

Even tried changing Displayports and different GPUS thinking it could be a hardware problem. Finally looked at the updates and saw I received one today, uninstalled the update and now I can restart fine I don't get the blank screen and everything is working. Wish I hadn't wasted a few hours on this....

I can't remember the update number but it was the cumulative update for 1809.

    :)

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
