    Windows 10 Update to Creators update fails with error 0x8007047e

    I am running Windows 10 version 1607. Windows Update says I am up to date. I want to get the Creators update so I follow the instructions and run the Windows 10 Update Assistant. Every time I run it, I get through all the download, then part way into the
    install and then it errors out with error 0x8007047e. Here are some of the last lines from the upgrader_default.log in the c:\Windows10Upgrade folder:
