    外掛MBOT端口被防毒軟體給擋住，防毒軟體已移除，問題還出現時，請問防毒軟體擋住外掛mbot的地方在那裡，又該如何處理。

    I had already tried the steps as listed on your link, but Windows 10 tells me I can't uninstall MBOT as it might already have been removed - but I haven't. Then when I reset IE Chrome etc. the MBOT just comes back! I tried to follow the link to adwcleaner
    in the list of steps but that didn't take me to adwcleaner - but to a "speed up your PC" option. Is it the same?

    it didn't resolve the issue becasue there's no option to use an external storage device to install the massive update. (Although this would've been a prefferable option.)
