    Hello I recently wanted to update to windows 11 but my drive was mbr so I tried to transfer it to GPT but when I did that I went to the bios and enabled UEFI but it doesn't boot back to windows +if I fix it will it still be gpt or change back to mbr

    Sir,

    I appreciate your help but

    It requires pro edition for the function,the conversion is not possible on the free edition.Is there any way to use the system provided
    mbr2gpt tool and I wish to know why the
    validation failed?

    MBR2GPT Error - Frustrated

    I think those steps will fail because mbr2gpt is looking for a system partition, which you just deleted previously.
