Windows 10: Me sale el ERROR Error verification failed 15 access denied

Buenas,

Intenté instalar Phoenix OS, cuando debí reiniciar tras apagarse e intentar iniciar me salió un pantallazo azul que ponía: verifiction failed: 15 access denied. Al cual para continuar debía pulsar enter donde pone OK.

Intenté de nuevo instalarlo y persistía el problema. Pensé que sería del Phoenix OS, pero cuando reinicio o enciendo el PC también me sale, así que decidí desinstalarlo. El problema aun sigue después de la desinstalación, por lo que quise formatear por completo el PC, pero no me deja desde el apartado de restaurar de la configuración de W10, simplemente le daba a comenzar y no cargaba nada, como si no le hubiera dado. Entré en el reinicio avanzado y de primeras me daba la opción de restaurar, le dí a quitar todo, pero cuando cargó al reiniciarse volvió a salir el pantallazo azul con el mensaje.

¿Qué solución tengo?

Access Denied while clearing Event Viewer error in Powershell


I am trying to cleat all the events in my event viewer as I had so many errors in the past 7 days. I opened powershell & ran as administrator & use this command

wevtutil el | Foreach-Object {wevtutil cl “$_”}

& I had some access denied errors.

PS C:\Windows\system32> wevtutil el | Foreach-Object {wevtutil cl “$_”}
Failed to clear log Microsoft-Windows-LiveId/Analytic. Access is denied.
Failed to clear log Microsoft-Windows-LiveId/Operational. Access is denied.
Failed to clear log Microsoft-Windows-USBVideo/Analytic. The instance name passed was not recognized as valid by a WMI data provider.

Is this normal? I still see the history last 24 hours & 7 days says still.
