Windows 10: Media Creation Tool & downloading Windows 10 ISO

Hello,


I'm trying to download the Windows 10 ISO for school however whenever I try the download stays stuck at 0%. I have tried a few fixes and not have worked. The link to the fixes I have tried is posted here. Some of the things he says to do seem to be inaccurate with the current version of Windows 10. If you can help that would be awesome.

Media Creation Tool Won't Download ISO

What is the exact and complete error you get when you try to create Media creation tool?

whats wrong with that? took about 10 mins to download the ISO for me, and Rufus another 5 minutes or so, and 10 min clean install... 0 issues so far.

Is there a way to create bootable USB drive using Media Creation tool and Windows ISO that was downloaded before using this tool? I don't want to re-download it every single time I want to make a bootable USB.
