Windows 10: Media Creation Tool Error code "0x80072F8F - 0x20000"

I'm on a Windows 7 device and i'm trying to go to Windows 10. When i open the media creation tool, i'm met with this:I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate by the way.

I have a copy of Windows 8 and I tried to upgrade my Windows to Windows 10 using the upgrade tool, but this code appears (Media Creation tool error code 0x80072f8f - 0x20000.). I formatted the computer and tried to upgrade again, but I face the same problem.



Note: When I try to search for updates from the control panel windows update, a message appears code (80072EFE).
