Windows 10: Media Creation Tools Crashes System

Whenever I run MediaCreationTool2004.exe on my Windows 10 machine, the system crashes and restarts. I check Event Viewer in the MMC and I get an Event ID 41 and Task Category 63. I am running on the latest update, and tried using compatibility troubleshooter to see if that changed anything, and the issue persists. If I can get an answer on how to fix this issue that would be greatly appreciated.

Media Creation Tool. The most common are the network connection or the anti-virus firewall is enabled on your device.

Try this:

1. Run the command RecoveryDrive.exe on on some other Windows 10 PC. It will create a bootable flash disk. Do NOT copy the system files!
2. Boot the Asus PC with this disk.
3. Plug in the disk with the media creation tool.
4. Type E:\setup.exe and press Enter (assuming the the tool is visible on E.
