Windows 10: Media Gallery MergeModules x64.msi

Buna ziua ! De ceva timp imi apare pe laptop ca nu se poate instala Media Gallery deoarece nu imi gaseste pachetul ,,Media Gallery MergeModules x64.msi" . Ce e de facut ? Pls HELP !!!!!

Please answer the below question to asisit you better.

What is the make and model of the computer?

The software will be listed in Application Manager for VAIO in Program/Feature. Uninstall Media gallery.

Delete the Media gallery folder from the the path C:\Program files\x86\Sony\Media gallery and C:\Program files\x64\Sony\Media gallery

Then reinstall the software using VAIO Care.

Please don't install any updates for Media gallery right now and then check if the Media gallery is working.

If its working then install the update for Media gallery if available.

Installer pops up and goes problem of "Media Gallery X64.msi" trying to install from temp file but couldn't locate

Original title: Installer pops up and goes.

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.

I have this problem of "Media Gallery X64.msi" trying to install from some temp file but couldn't locate where it is.

The source couldn't be found. I downloaded the Media Gallery file from sony site, but installing this also shows error, doesn't allow it to install.

Using the "safe mode" I did restart on Windows installer, but still it shows same error..

I have tried also to find some clean up utility, but unfortunately there is no clean up utility for Windows 10, Please help

Also, the Windows mail/calendar pops for a minute and then goes away.. if you could help with this also

The x64 file downloads without any problem and Norton Internet Security (NIS) informs that is is a safe file, but the x86 file is removed by NIS after download with the information that it is not safe. Can you correct it?
