Windows 10: media keys

Need help, media keys are not working. I have a steel series 7 tkl, I have plugged it into a different computer to see if it is the keyboard.. It is not. It worked fine. It would seem the media keys have been stopped. They do not work on my headset either. Is there something that unbinds them all or toggles them off? Thanks


i am fully up to date with windows updates and have tried toggling 3rd party plugins on chrome off, i have also tried reinstalling the software and engine for the keyboard.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

a. Press “Windows key” on your keyboard.

b. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.

c. Now select Programs in the search option.

d. Under Media Player, select Windows Media Player Settings
to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Reinstall Windows Media player

I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the Windows Media Player and check. Refer to these steps:
