  1. Media player won't recognise WDMYCLOUD network drive as destination for ripping

    Windows 10

The drive is plugged into the router, as is the PC. The drive shows up in Windows Explorer as storage and a media device and I can access it via the device Mac address. MediaPlayer seems to have recognised all the drive content and included it in the music library. The drive does not show up on the list when I try to change the rip location. I have previously reset the rip location to mymusic on the PC and can change to rip destination to other locations on the PC. I have reinstalled MediaPlayer.

Some of the drive folders do appear as folders on the PC with an obsolete Mac address. I have tries deleting them but it wouldn't allow me to.

    Any help most welcome!

    :)
