Windows 10: Memory leak in refs.sys is severe.

I'm running an iis server on Windows 11, and I'm experiencing an issue of rebooting due to increasing memory.So I checked the following symptoms through poolmon.exe.What kind of driver is refs.sys and why can't I return the memory?Can I know a solution to this?https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/backup-and-storage/fix-heavy-memory-usage-refsThe link above has not solved it.Thank you.
