Windows 10: Memory Management / Referenced Memory issues. (Will pay if someone finds a fix)

So I have been struggling for the past 5-6 days with non stop crashes while browsing through Youtube, Playing games, Or other activities, along with other files being corrupted overtime. I am by no means saying I am the smartest when it comes to windows tech but, I know my way around computers, and i'm forced at a complete standstill. This issue started happening after a forced Microsoft update overnight. Some things I have tried are

- Reinstalled windows 3 times (To update it) , Through the website, comes up with error. Through a USB, both on my Ssd and Hdd, comes up with an error, Through microsoft technicians help with errors. The only windows that works is my original version 1511 that was given to me with the computer.

- Ran sfc /scannow multiple times. It sometimes works when I freshly wipe the computer, a day or two will pass and will come up with errors when I attempt to continue to run it

- Memory diagnostic told me many times my hardware was faulty, but with a fresh install of windows then tells me everything is fine?

- Replaced my Ram, with different ports along with different sticks with the same issues. Unplugged my ssd/hdd seperately to see if one of those was causing another one issues, with nothing changing

- Ran memtest86 with no errors so I don't believe in any way it is hardware related

- Windows will in no way update, I am forced on version 1511, which is a 2015 versioned windows.

- I have not attempted to update the bios as the computer worked great for 4 years without me updating any core components on the motherboard

- Updated all my drivers - Gpu/Cpu/Memory/Monitor/Etc

- Booted into safemode attempting these fixes with the same results

- Ran any sort of virus software and malware software with 0 results


So the reason i'm quite fustrated is because I have spent over 20 hours with live chat trying to find an issue, only to be passed up to the highest tech that will take days to get back to me. Along with that, It seems like its a game of trying to blame another company than just trying to resolve the issue. Things that were blamed so far are - Faulty motherboard, bad gpu (Brand new), Faulty ram, and a bad hdd, and by no means is my equipment cheap, I have over $2k invested in my pc. So all i'm asking is if anyone has any new solutions I can try, I will try anything because I am desperate. Thank you if anyone has anything to offer to help.

Memory issues

Thank you for updating us. We suggest that you run the Memory Diagnostics Tool, this is to check your system for memory problems. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  

Let us know the status of the issue.

 

Memory Issue.

Go to motherboard manufacturer site, go to Support section, download memory compatibility list. Check your memory.

If you'll find it in list go to step two: at memory manufacturer site download memory manual.

Compare memory settings in manual and in BIOS.

 

BSOD- memory management

Upon checking the dump file, the issue is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Ntoskrnl.exe is the one responsible for memory management that is why you're having the Memory Management error. We suggest that you follow the steps found in the link that we provided
in our last reply to resolve the issue. Please take note that if you're overclocking your processor or video card, kindly reset their settings to default.
